The ISA would like to bid SAIC Frank Montoya Jr. a fond farewell as he leaves Honolulu for his new job in Washington DC and wish him all of the best!

SAIC Frank Montoya Jr has become a well respected and popular personality in the Hawaii law enforcement community during his successful Hawaii deployment. We have welcomed Frank into our ISA Ohana as he has been a tremendous supporter and friend to the students of Hawaii!
